It looks like Samsung wanna update it's last year's flagship devices to the latest version of Android 4.4.2 KitKat just before the release of it's new flagship, the Galaxy S5. After Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.4.2 KitKat update to the Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500).

The latest update comes with minor changes, But as most of you know that the latest version of Android comes with a lot of performance and a few visual improvements. The most changes are to the interface of the device now user can select a default launcher and a default messaging app. Immersive full screen mode is also there. The camera can be accessed by the shortcut on the lockscreen. The Keyboard has also enhanced a little bit with landscape gesture typing feature has also added to the device. But the most prominent change is to the color of the status bar is not white, which looks better then the previous colors of Android.

The update is rolling out right in some regions however people have already got the update, you might now get it right away. You will probably have to wait for sometime until the update reaches your device.
